爸爸做的红烧肉非常特别。在外边吃的红烧肉都非常油腻，而爸爸做的红烧肉，吃到嘴里入口即化还不油腻，好像吃了一口棉花糖似的，软软的，香香的，甜甜的。
每次爸爸做红烧肉的时候，我总是第一个抢着吃，全家都说我真是一只小馋猫。所有人吃到爸爸做的红烧肉都会竖起大拇指，赞不绝口。爸爸做的红烧肉可真是色香味俱全的美味佳肴呀。
暑假的一天，我突然想学做红烧肉了，就请爸爸帮忙。我和爸爸先去买五花肉，然后把肉和菜清洗干净，再开火倒入少量的橄榄油，放入一把冰糖，等到冰糖全部融化变成深褐色时，放入切好的.五花肉迅速翻炒，让肉上都挂上红红的糖色，一块块肉立马变的晶莹剔透非常诱人，然后倒入适量开水，再放入葱、姜、蒜等调味料，开大火烧开后改用小火慢炖三十分钟，香喷喷的红烧肉就做好了，然后放入盘子里撒上香菜滴上几滴香油就可以上桌了。
我把爸爸的手艺学会了，但是做的红烧肉跟爸爸的比可差的远呢，我做的油太多了，也太肥，难吃极了。
我爸爸做饭可是有秘诀的，不瞒你们说，我爸爸做的每道菜为什么都那么香呢，就是因为爸爸放了香油，这就是爸爸做菜的秘诀。
我爸爸会在闲暇时做各种各样的美食给我们吃，爸爸做的菜可都会用他的小秘诀哦。在我心里爸爸做的红烧肉是独一无二的，我超级喜欢爸爸做的红烧肉。

今年早早就发下了月饼，我禁不住月饼对我的诱惑，拿了二个来吃。咬着第一个月饼那薄薄的皮儿，嗯，真香，一口咬着了里面好吃的馅儿。馅儿是别具一格的草莓味，酱红色，软软滑滑的，还具有草莓的甘甜，配合稣皮，哇，真是太好吃了!我三除五除便吃掉一个。随手拿起一个，细看上面的字，写着：哈密瓜。哈密瓜味啊，看起来挺不错。干脆大口咬，露出了里面深绿色、柔嫩美味的馅儿。哈密瓜味既有甜味，又有点酸味，还有点月饼味哪。真是越吃越好吃。
看来这次吃月饼可是头一回吃到那么好吃的水果月饼哦
中秋节是我最期待的节日。因为每年的这一天到处都充满欢庆和团圆的.气氛，街上张灯结彩，人来人往，处处都笼罩在一片欢乐之中。

刚开始，我还不相信这个故事，可亲自品尝后才有所体会。有一次爷爷生日，我们到位于东街口的聚春园吃饭，爸爸特地点了佛跳墙，不一会儿，一个大坛子端了上来，服务员刚打开盖子，浓香四溢，久久没有散去。
我不禁产生疑问：“这是用什么时候东西做的`？一问才知道，原来是用鱼翅、海参、鲍鱼、干贝、火腿、鸡鸭、羊等十几种食材做主料，加之花菰、冬笋、绍酒、桂皮、姜片、白萝卜为辅料，经过蒸、炸、泡等几种方法烹制，封贮于坛中，食前用谷糠皮文火煨热，启坛时香传十里。我的天哪！这么多种食材，这么多道程序，我可要好好品尝一下闽菜的头把交椅——佛跳墙。

螃蟹刚出锅呈现的是橘黄色的，颜色看起就会让人很有食欲啊!一只只螃蟹躺在蒸锅的上面，不时有许多蟹黄从蟹壳里流出来。锅里还不时飘出蟹黄的阵阵香气!
蒸螃蟹的做法很简单，把几只大螃蟹放到蒸锅里，记住，一定要是肚皮朝上，这样蒸出来的螃蟹蟹黄会更加鲜美。再放上几片生姜，这样的螃蟹会更入味，放好螃蟹以后，可以给螃蟹身上盖上一层布比较好，把螃蟹蒸上10到15分钟，不要多，也不要少。
吃螃蟹的'步骤就有点多了，吃蟹壳时，我有点奇怪，一般人都喜欢吃蟹黄，可我不同，我喜欢吃螃蟹黄旁边的大腿肉，这种肉很嫩，虽然不多，但足以让我满足了。吃蟹壳上的蟹黄时，我喜欢把蟹黄都送一下，让蟹黄都流出来，再滴上几滴醋，一口吃完，这味道!真棒啊! 说到蟹肉，吃的还是螃蟹最前面的两个大钳子了!大钳子里的肉不仅肉多饱满，还白白嫩嫩的呢!吃起来就更令人兴奋了，咬下去第一口，如果没咬完的话，你会发现肉其实是一条一条的，就像面条一样，看起来又像粉丝，但比粉丝要细一点。
说起螃蟹，吃螃蟹时的醋也很有讲究呢，我们一般都这样调：5克姜、陈醋8~10克、白糖3克、再加生抽2克，然后搅拌搅拌就可以了。

麻婆豆腐不仅吃起来麻辣鲜香而且颜色五彩缤纷。嫩白的豆腐丁排着整齐的“队”站在盘中，穿上了用鲜红的辣酱做成的“衣服”，看上去火红火红的一片，就像是一团熊熊燃烧的红色火焰，中间还夹杂着一些外酥里嫩的肉沫，绿色的葱花散落在盘中，就如同一片片绿叶，沾着辣酱的豆腐丁成了一朵朵盛开的红花，在绿叶的映衬下显得格外引人注目。不时，从盘中散发出一阵阵诱人的香味，真令人垂涎三尺！
看上去，麻婆豆腐的做法是十分复杂的，其实非常简单：把豆腐切成一个正正方方的小块，让它们一个个“跳”入热气腾腾的水中热热“身”，再把它们捞出来，一会儿在用。接着，把肉切成极小的块，用植物油把肉块炒酥。然后，向锅里倒入适当的油，打开开关，向油中放入事先准备好的干辣椒、花椒和姜片，等油在七、八十度时放入豆腐丁，再加上适量的淀粉，翻炒几下，再加入适当的盐、黄豆酱、豆瓣酱，点上一点白酒，最后用小火慢慢烧两分钟，在快起锅时加入少许的.味精，这道色香味俱全的麻婆豆腐就大功告成了！
